Delivery
Our products are delivered via Australia Post and generally take up to seven or ten working days within Australia.
Prices for delivery are as follows:
- Orders over $100. oo – Free
- Orders up to $49.99 – $6.00
- Orders between $50.00 and $99.99 – $10.00
Returns
If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Please call or email us with the details and we will arrange return postage and despatch a new product.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us and we will organise a refund through PayPal. Postage charges will be incurred by you so please choose carefully and feel free to ask questions about the product before you purchase.
Clothing may be returned or exchanged as long as it has not been worn or washed and the garment must have the tags attached and intact.
Privacy
We only collect personal information in order to process and deliver your order. This information can include order details; email addresses; phone numbers; records of telephone calls, emails, faxes and postal mail. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
The Story Tree does not share your personal information with any third party. Your personal information is only used for essential communications.

Here at The Story Tree, we take the security of your payment information very seriously.
When you proceed to the check out area, you are moved to a secure server, which uses Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). Credit card details are encrypted as they are sent from your computer.
We use PayPal Australia as our payment gateway and payments can be made by credit card or using your PayPal account.
